Course curriculum

Course content is delivered in three phases.
In Phase One you learn the eat.simple concepts. This is the science (the fun science!) that we put into place to begin to heal your metabolism. In Phase Two we explore important aspects of mindset, including how to handle life/work/social situations; how to "screw up" without spiralling out of control; and how to liberate yourself from the evil clutches of diet culture. Phase Three is all about "leaving the nest" -- are you ready to go? Why or why not? This is a relationship, and your coach, Erin, will be by your side every step of the way.

This self-paced, online, group metabolic therapy program is chock full of everything you want and need in a health coaching program, including:

  • Education

    Diets don't work because you're just told what to do. You'll receive an education here. Understand exactly WHY you're being asked to make certain diet and lifestyle changes.

  • Accountability

    You'll be held accountable to your coach with Weekly Check-Ins, where you can address the challenges, queries, and celebrations that have come up for you, week over week.

  • Support

    Ask the "dumb" questions and get all the support and answers you need from your 8 Weeks to Effortless peers—and your coach, Erin—within our exclusive Facebook group.
